Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Refund will only be issued in the event a manufacturing defect is found. To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp
    at +971 55 437 2858 within 3 days from the date of receiving the goods. Additionally, send the necessary details via email to: [email protected].
  2. The goods must be returned in brand new condition with all their parts intact.
  3. Upon receiving the returned goods, the refund amount will be credited back to the customer’s account after deducting courier charges and Bank charges as per the bank’s refund policy.
  4. Prior to confirming your order, we strongly recommend verifying the product details to avoid unnecessary exchanges or refunds.
  5. All refund requests will undergo an approval process, which may take a few days from the date of submission to determine eligibility.
  6. Refunds will be processed strictly based on the payment mode used at the time of purchase.
  7. For refund transactions made with Credit/Debit cards, the refund process will align with the Bank’s Policy. Refunds will be issued back to the same card used for the purchase, and the duration of the refund may take up to 45 working days.
  8. Items purchased during sale campaigns, promotions, special offers, or items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for the return/refund policy and can only be exchanged.
